1. Prevent the use of interferon or antibiotics in a short period of time
Note that antiviral drugs and interferon are not allowed to be used within four days before and after the injection of live viral vaccine. Generally, the two live viral vaccines should not be vaccinated together, and they should be injected seven to ten days later to avoid mutual interference.
2. Avoid touching vaccine in special period
Note that pregnant sows should not be vaccinated with live attenuated vaccine as much as possible, especially live viral vaccine, to prevent transmission through the placenta, causing piglets to carry virus, and pay attention to high fever, old and weak, sick and disabled pigs not to be vaccinated.
3. Pay attention to the positive correlation between the antibody level and the vaccination dose, but the vaccination must be conducted according to the regular vaccination dose, and do not artificially increase the dose at will. The vaccination with a large dose will lead to immune numbness, so that the immune cells will not attack the immune response; when the antibody level is high, the vaccination will attack the neutralization response, but lead to the decline of the immunity of pigs. As far as possible, use single vaccine, and use less combined vaccine and multi vaccine.
It is very necessary to vaccinate the pigs we raise, which can prevent many diseases. However, when we vaccinate, we must pay attention to some precautions after vaccination, so as to prevent our mistakes from reducing the disease resistance of the vaccine and causing losses to us.
